Our inspection services include evaluating the performance and safety standards of plastic injection molding machines. We also provide specialized tools for machine inspection and assessment. Scope of Inspection:
Inspection of Injection Pressure.
Inspection of Injection Speed.
Inspection of Clamping Force.
Inspection of Tie-Bar Parallelism.
Inspection of Non-return Valve/Screw Backflow.
Inspection of Screw Charging Reproducibility (shot size repeatability).
Inspection of Barrel and Nozzle Temperature Accuracy.
Inspection of safety conditions, oil leaks, and other items.
Machine Inspection Report
Inspection Result:
Grade A – Machine is in excellent/perfect condition.
Grade B – Machine is in good condition.
Grade C – Machine is in fair condition (component and spare-part refurbishment may be needed).
Grade D – Not fit for production (requires replacement of parts/components and a full overhaul).
Grade E – Highly unfit for production (strongly recommended to replace parts/components and perform a complete overhaul; upgrades may be required to meet production and safety standards).
